What harebrained dealership would be foolish enough to send a lot porter with sensitive docs to secure the sale and explain the paperwork the customer is signing? <br />Although the F&I part of the car deal may be a pain to some folks, I think if the dealership has the right F&I person in place it can turn the process less burdensome. Even though F&I is a profit center and no one should be pressured into buying anything, the dealership has the responsability to show what is available how each product will benefit them. If you don't show the cusomer whats available you're leaving yourself open to trouble. The last thing a dealership wants is a customer bringing a lawsuit to the dealer because they were not offered GAP. Will every customer buy a warranty? Of course not. <br />Having vehicles delivered sounds like a great plan. However, it leaves the dealer exposed in to many ways that it just isn't worth it.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
